On the CSFD page, feel free to click on the red button to see what the current wildfire risk level is for their property. You can compare to neighboring properties at  lower risk and see what accounts for the difference. 

The rating seems to mostly be affected by conifer vegetation in close proximity to the structure and the exterior finish – wood vs masonry.  A great exercise for someone who is new to the neighborhood!
