We are currently unable to show the current covenants for the Mountain Shadows Neighborhood, but we are working to add this to the website. To get the most updated recorded documents, you should contact the El Paso County Clerk & Recorder or contact the Title Company who closed your transaction when you purchased the property.
Note: to search the database, click the link above, accept the acknowledgment,
and select “Real Estate” from the database tabs. You can then search for your property.
